This special cuvée is designed to highlight a particular parcel or grape in Leclère-Torrens vineyards. This beauty it is not a rosè! It is 100% Pinot Noir in which the juice is naturally colored by the heat of the summer of 2019. Structured and delicate, like a lightly buttered with strawberry jelly tartine, this suble champagne can be aged or enjoyed with a fruity dessert.
