All seven grape varieties make up this cuvée. Mainly Pinot Noir, a little Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Arbane, one of Champagne's most traditional grapes. This Champagne is produced using the famous solera method, inspired by Andalusian sherry production. It has a complex taste with notes of yellow fruit, white fruit and almonds. Full bodied and supple, it has a long finish.
